Mountains, rolling fields and lakes form the backdrop to Correzian life.Situated 70km south of Limoges international airport sits Arnac- Pompadour, famous for its Chateau owned by Louis XV’s favourite Mme Lenormant d’Etoilles (Madame Pompadour). Madame Pompadour’s Chateau forms an imposing site at the centre of this pretty town and also forms part of the Richard the Lion heart route. Arnac- Pompadour is also home to the National Stud (Haras National) and all horses in France are registered here.
It is also nationally famous for its horse racing, jump events and three day eventing and less than 100 metres from the racecourse (le hippodrome) sits 7 Avenue Du Midi. 7 Bed & Breakfast offers a friendly welcome to all and we aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We also have a restaurant which seats up to 30 guests and a further 45 on our terrace, offering a tempting menu for all.
